Good hilly roads while using magnet.

I have this flat terrain with a road curving through it. I want to make it have smooth hills, so I took out the magnet tool and deformed the terrain to my liking, unfortunatly the road itself is no longer flat, but curves with the hill (which is very unrealistic). Is there anyway to make the magnet tool deform the road's points evenly?
