For some reason my TriCaster Pro won't boot up with the TriCaster VM plugged up, this just started and wondered if there was a work around or a problem with the 2.0 upgrade recognizing the VM??
Any help?
Thanks,

But can you plug in the VM after boot and it works?
Try other USB ports if you haven't already.
And check the BIOS to see if USB is picked at a boot option (and uncheck it)

Once it's booted up it won't recognize it when you plug it in...it will only do it BEFORE the boot, at least that's the way it used to be. But yes, I've tried every USB connection on the machine and it won't boot if it's plugged up. Tried different cables too, just to make sure that wasn't the problem.

(I have been able to hot swap the VM, ie plug it in/out after boot.)
We have had one of the new VMs go out on us, requiring an exchange. And Newtek are very quick about it.
The only other thing to check is somehow your boot sequence was changed, and it's trying to boot from a USB device (ie the VM). It shouldn't matter, but you never know... To check that hit F2 on bootup.
