16:9, 4:3 WSS signalling

I have VT4 card with SDI option and VT4 software. I want to send SDI out to HW MPEG2 encoder. Encoder use WSS data to switch correct aspect ratio. Is there WSS signal present in Toaster SDI out?

I think it might be present in SpeedEDIT, but VT[4] pre-dates that, so likely not.
