Inside Lightwave 7 Dan Alban missing CD

Can anyone help me in obtaining the Inside Lightwave 7 by Dan Alban CD? I purchased the book about 4 months ago (can show Books a 10^6 reciept :D) and upon moving my CD with all of the materials is gone. Can anyone help me

The whole CD can be compressed to a 'mere' 351 MB in a rar file...

Dan or New Riders could put it on their website with a password protecting the rar file... For instance, in order to unlock you need:

A mere 351 - hate to think how long that'd take on my old 33.6K modem :D

Good idea though. Me? I would guard the box with my LW stuff in it with my Life on the move - heck, I'd keep it in the car. Along with my 2 best guitars and studio.
Of course, the wife may have to travel in the removals van ;)

And the 351 could be a lot smaller if Lightwave 7 and some other extras would be removed... And just the relevant 'content' is compressed.

Since I am currently working through the book, the CD has been either in my CD or DVD drive for the last 3 months... I particularly find the screengrabs useful... :)
