:( Hi folks.
I am using lightwave 6.5 with windows 2000 on a Dell 2.6 Mhz dual processor with a gigbit of ram. Within the last couple of weeks I have started getting the following error message after I have rendered a scene and then try to launch the resulting avi: Cannot allocate memory because no size has been set. The file size of the avi is generaly around 21 K so obviously inspite of a 1.5 day render time, I am getting nothing. The first time this happened, after investigating many avenues, I finally used the fix feature on the original installation disk to repair it. I was able to render two more scenes (including the first one that was giving the message) successfully, but now the problem has returned. Has anyone else out there encountered this? Suggestions? Thanks.
