Comprehensive Glass Tutorial?

Can anyone recommend a thorough glass tutorial? I have seen several tutorials that deal with glass, but I'd like to see one that focuses on how to handle glass in various situations, how to keep the 'walls' from showing in bottles and items that are hollow inside, how to handle reflection mapping, etc.

It's one of my favorite materials, but has always been the trickiest for me..
