Looking for "NewtekSD.sys" driver

I've been using VT5 at work for some time now, and have VT4 at home. Both work just fine. I just upgraded to VT5 at home and now I can not complete the upgrade and startup because it is missing the "NewtekSD.sys driver" from what it is calling, "disk 1". I'm assuming the Program disk, but can not find it. I also added the new SDI module to use with the newest card and ribbon extension that goes to the SX-84. I have searched for hours for the driver without success. Can anybody please help me with this? Is the driver here someplace or can somebody please set a link to go to...? thanks in advance.
