Hey all:

How do I upgrade to VT3. I was looking through the website looking for a software upgrade to the VT3. How much is it? Do I have to go through a dealer?

I know NewTek spoils its customers, but we sometimes have to charge for an upgrade, ya know. ;)

VT[3] is a software-only upgrade available from your reseller for $595 USD.

DANG !!!
I screwed up..
I fergot that VT3 was only 595 to upgrade and I have VT2.
But instead I upgraded 6.5 to 7.5 for 495 for free 8 update and LW 7.5 COMES with VT3.

Does that come with a free LW8 upgrade if I would have got the VT3 instead?

And if so, I haven't gotten the 7.5 yet (ordered Wed) so can it be exchanged??

The word AFAIK is no free 8 upgrade for VT3.

So far no word if VT[3] owners can upgrade their LightWave 7.5's to 8 at all :(

That option is being discussed, but nothing to report yet.
