Other Slide integration Solutions?

Hello,

Has anyone come across other solutions for displaying talking heads with slides? I'd like to have a solution that can do what omnisio.com does, only live.

I think placing the powerpoint slides next to the video is a better solution then compressing them to fit in the video stream.

Please share any solutions you have found.
