...And whence they had gone no one shall ever know. For they too, were surely driven to madness as all the others before. Madness of which the likes only mad men, and creatures of dark utterings from dark existences, with their dark thoughts... Will only gleam.

My master. My Lord Cthulhu I await your return from from R'lyeh!

You can totally do that. Just make your sphere, select 1/8th of the points, weld average, and repeat 7 times. Blam - instant cube.

You don't have to have a point, to have a point.

You realize, of course, that one usually leans left while the other leans to the right.

I, for one, strive to make them meet in the middle.

The Roman emperor Caligula was murdered 1,968 years ago today - January 24th, A.D. 41... give or take a couple years to account for Dionysius' interpretation.

Pointless, but how big can a point be?

Cageman
01-24-2009, 04:45 PM
Pointless, but how big can a point be?

That clearly depends on the importance of the point you are trying to make. But what's the point, really? I could point you to hundreds of webpages that all tries to make a point, but in the end it's quite pointless....as long as you regard them as points rather than pointers.

mouse_art
01-24-2009, 04:47 PM
Yeah but how big?

i love pointer that are pointing to nothing. ;)

Edit: Actually the Thread is not pointless, it's a postcount incrementer.

Yes, well, they did when I did jury service a number of years ago.
