its looking like a good start. I think the building needs a better sense of what materials it is made of. Its just too uniform right now. Is it stucco? cement?

Right now the image looks pretty flat, need some work on lighting and materials.
The modeling is quite good and sufficiently detailed. Keep it up!

I've softened the shadows and made some adjustments in light.

Hey, great start!

What you need, is more ambient light (GI background light), since the shadows look dark / raytraced and the image is a bit gloomy overal. Also the sky / background needs to be brighter, since it looks like it's night time render, yet the facade is very light...

backdrop GI might help, using just light blueish background colour and sun light.

You need to do some bevelling on the edges. And a nice bump und the surface of the building would also work out fine i think.

Itīs a good start, but just like monovich said, it wonīt look real until you put some textures there that resemble real materials somehow, be it cement, concrete or whatever it is supposed to be.
Take reference from real buildings with similar materials and you will see much better what you should strive for.
