I bought my VT2 a while back with the promise of an upgrade to VT3. How should I go about getting the new product? Do I contact Newtek or do they contact me?:confused:

I would think you need to contact your dealer, I can not remember the exact date but you had to have purchased your system within the last few months or weeks in order to get the free upgrade.

You contact the dealer and the dealer should have ordered your VT3 upgrade. I think the cutoff date was somewhere like April...

The actual beginning date for free upgrades to [3] began when we posted our announcement of VT[3] March, 17, 2003.

Thanks to All. To the dealer it is. Can't wait to try VT[3]!!! If it's half as good as they say it is I'll be twice as happy!
