This is a gratefully thank to Newtek Europe technical support department, you can’t imagine what this people did to save my life, from 5 day my old parallel dongle went dead suddenly & I contacted Newtek USA & the advice me to contact Europe office to arrange with them RMA for my defective dongle, I have sent them my old one by ARAMEX…and the surprise that” jacques_madec@newtek-europe.com ” replied to me that:
Dear User,
To reduce the shipping delay, I will not wait to receive the faulty dongle and send you a replacement USB dongle today by DHL.
So imagine all of you Light wave community that I was going to lose my client because I am in the middle of a production now!!!
Please all of you share with me thank to those wonderful guys who understand the nature of the customers business & how important the work is…
I am very proud that I am LIGHTWAVE user & I deal with a company like NEWTEK Europe & USA of course.
For the people that were worry about LW future after luxology project...
What ever happen…the people who support you & assist you is more important that any software…
Imagine that some big company’s who consider there self in the first grade in our business filed never ever do something like this...
I am waiting for my dongle that supposed to come early Monday 11-8-2003 & prying for all those hidden solders.
