Aspect Lock VT[2] Vs. 'autoscale/don't scale' TV[3]

Where is the Aspect Lock located in TV[3] ? Is it a spline option? And how do you perform a Real-time Pan and Scan in ToasterEdit in TV[3]. I could probably figure it out but if someone could write a small tutorial I would greatly appreciate it.

Go into the Positioning tab (at the bottom of the spline window) and you can pan & scan to your heart's content.

Note the keyframe button at the top of the positioner. If you set it for your first frame, you only need move the time bar to the next location, then it'll auto-keyframe your move every time you adjust your image.

If you goto the Tool Shed and select "Presets", then "Default Splines." One of the first presets should be "Scale (1 to 1 pixels)
