Looks great! I honestly have no criticism to offer. Texture and rig her!

Hi Mastro3d,
Your model is looking great. Your attention to detail on the muscles on the limbs is fantastic, and your poly flow borders on immaculate.
I would say the model is not finished though. The torso still needs some attention. There's a triangular lump on her pelvis that runs from the left ilium to the right. There are also no edge loops actually running around her hips, which may result in some ugly pinching when you rig her, especially with all those 5-poly intersections running around the sides. On her back the transition from spine to gluteus is kinda oddly sharp, much like the ridge in her abdominals on the front. It was actually the vertical abdominal ridge in the front that directed my eye down the the lump across her pelvis. Lumpy pelvis or cut abs, you should pick one and correct the other, or correct both for a smoother stomach to match the smooth limbs.
For reference I suggest finding some athletic young women and having them pose naked for you. Repeat as necessary until you have all the notes you need for the abs, hips, and the lat. dorsi/spine junction.
One last question: Are you using Fibers for the eyelashes? If so, why not for the eyebrows as well?
