UV Edit Pro by DStorm?

Does anyone know about UV Edit Pro by DStorm?
I searched the forum and didnt find any discussions on it.

I am looking to use it or something similiar. Of course the cheaper the better, but I know UV Edit Pro would work, just not sure its worth $100+

anyone know about that one too?
