I uploaded a clip from our DA's office to your .ftp site recently. Windows Media Player can see this, as can Edius, but SE can't. Is there a way around this? I frequently have to do a lot of rush work for Law Enforcement here, having quick SE access to this format would sure help. I've pinged Tech Support a couple of times, no answer yet.
