It's been quite a while since I've posted anything here, so I thought I'd share my latest work. Here's a lightwave element that I'm working on as part of a larger After Effects animation. I haven't quite decided on the color yet, but I'm pretty sure I'll stick with this style. (It's for a network broadcast package.) I'll post more as I get done... it's due this thursday :)

Thanks, meaty. I originally played around with besm to get the look I wanted, then decided that it wasn't quit what I needed. So this is what I settled on: Luminosity 25%, Diffuse 75%, Diffuse Shaprness 50%, and the turned on all the options in the "Edges" tab under Object Properties, with the edge width set to 2 pixels. I was going for a Flash kind of look, and I think this does it fairly well.

Looking real good D! I will be interested in seeing the final project next time i am up that way. Who cares if the Hollander likes it as long as it is way cool!
