Hey Everyone, I am currently working on a project for my portfolio and I need suggestions, opinion may be even better. I have two renders and I hope many of you can help me with any further alterations

Here is the older one I made...I am trying to do the UV Maps the same way they did it in Doom 3...I am also going to include an extremely high poly model of a Man/Lion (About 600,000 polygons) and use the 600k UV map and put it on the low res model.
In any case, I would also like your opinions on this one. This render is the first floor before I added the upper level...I am still trying to add a UV map to this one too...

Is this for game? If so then I find the overal look good.

Yeah...I haven't added the mad lion yet (need some references since this will be my first time modeling a bipedal character) but I am shooting for Doom 3 quality. I also want to add destroyable objects and stuff, does motion designer do good metal bend physics? I am currently adding more things to destroy and stuff...
What do you think aesthetically...?
What should I add, take out, and improve...this is going in my portfolio in college
