Crumbling paper animation

Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial, instructions or example or even someone selling a tutorial on crumbling paper animation? I want to create an animation of a postit note uncrumbling to reveal a note on the inside.

Create the uncrumpled version and create a new endomorph (m). Crumple that verson up
in modeler and animate the endomorph in layout.
