DV clips washed out..

I had been working with RTVs mainly but I needed the space and converted some footage to DV in T-edit and after comparing it to the RTV clip it is clearly washed out and slightly green tinted, am I doing something wrong? is there a setting somewhere?

Assuming you are talking in VT[3], yes.

There is a setting in preferences. It lets you choose between "standard 601" or "non-standard 601" for the playback of DV clips.

Try changing that setting.
