Discovery Edition

I have been waiting for a couple of months for my little CD in the mail, all to no avail. Woe WOe is me. I called support to day to find out when to expect it and was told not to expect it. Evidently they are rebundling the software and have no prospective date for the new shipment. I had read here before that you could download 7.5 in a certain order and get it to run as a "discovery" edition. Could someone please take a moment to give me the rundown on the steps. Talk to me like I am a 5 year old now, cause I have tried many different ways/variations and I am batting 0. Thanks so much...

i teach cgi at a college in the u.k and had 20 lightwave de discs sent out to hand out to th students...i of course asked the student to install at home and bring the discs back for other students in the futre so i have quite a few [some forgot!]..if you need a disc let me know and i'll pop one in the mail to you.
