VRML problems

Hi everyone. I'm having some problems with LightWave 7.5's VRML exporter in that when I export a scene as VRML and then view it in a web browser, all the lights are gone except for the default distant light. Spotlights, area lights, and all other sources of illumination have vanished. Is this a problem with LightWave or with my browser? I'm using the latest version of the Cortona VRML plugin, on Internet Explorer 5 for the Mac.

Also, is anyone else out there working with VRML via LightWave? I'm just getting into it and I'd like to hear your experiences or advice, even if you don't have an answer to my original question.

I havn't played with VRML in a while, but I could report how the World looks in my browser if you post a link, I do remember quite a lot of problems though, particularily with baked textures getting screwed up.
