let's say you want to put radiosity in a scene. if your scene has a lot
of reflection, you will probably found that reflection and radiosity hads
a lot of time combined..

here is a solution,
put 2 aera lights, one for the floor and one for the ceiling.
you have to size them up for the aera light cover about all the floor and
ceiling.
put them very close to the ceiling and floor,
and hit render.
for best result you may want to have them at quality 5 and use Enhanced AA,
or more.. depending on your scene..
if you have chairs and other stuff like that in the room, you will see all the nice shadow going everywhere...(radiosity look-like)
the lights may not bounce but it looks very good and you can use a lot of reflection on your scene without having to wait 12 hours for your render..

OR, attach gMil to most surfaces....gives that same look, with minimum render penalty

I think Gmil is good to use with 1 or some objects but
the system with area lights is a lot quicker to install and parameter..
also Gmil doesn't seem so fast on a scene with a lot of objects..
(interior scene)
anybody used it for interior scene ?
