I render some video with Lightwave that I have put on a surface. After the render, the video on the surface has occasional spots where a frame is duplicated and replaces the next frame.
Example:
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 This is nine of my original video frames.
1 2 3 4 4 6 7 8 9 This is after rendering with Lightwave.
Notice the "4" is duplicated and the "5" is gone!

Give us more information. What format and codec are you rendering to? What if you try a different codec?

Have you set your frame rates and fields properly? Sounds very much like LW is trying to pull up/ down your video to match the frame rates.

Rendering to "Newtek VideoToaster[2] RTV". I am using interlaced video, telling LightWave to see it as NO-Fields and using the "Newtek Remove Motion (even lines) filter". Then I render as interlaced. That is the only combination that I get smooth video.
My video clip is 29.97 frames per second. Where do I set that in lightwave???
