The frog looks great but the water doesn't look right to me. Also, the water should probably warp a bit where the frog breaks the surface.

Hahaha That's one good looking frog. In the first image I miss his tongue hanging out ;)
I think the last image is the best one. The pose is very strong! Good Job

Very nice. Wood seem somewhat odd (dry?), other than that is brilliant.

Excellent frog but two and half minutes of watching someone with a shaky camera hand is just plain odd.
Now if you'd posted an animation of the frog I'd be seriously impressed.

thanks for the comments.
I'm very Happy with the Frog...
I have not a Node Surface used.
The SSS was to sllooowwww for the 8000*12000 Pixel.
I used G2 for SSS and Final-Gather.
The final SSS-Work i have painted in Photoshop :)
Ok the Water ist a simple Crumple-Texture, very Oldschool Setup ;)
