Hi :)
Don't let comments such as "nothing special" get you down.
Awesome work, with such attention to detail can only be described as being special.
The animation rig looks complete too. How much, if any, automation have you included in the rig.
Keep up the great work
Thanks.. They their comment didn't put me off the project. But hey, comments are not always expected to be nice :)
Well, most of the chopper is automated, exept for the landinggear, those are cloned hiearchies and motionmixer won't let me use the brackets clones produce. So whenever I want to go into combat mode with the chopper I can automate the rocket pod underneath to open, with the doors including. The sidearm is also in motionmixer and the rotors.. Motionmixer lets me speed up and cross over animations very easely..
Greetz, and thanks!

... in addition to what sailor mentioned, because I too would like to read about your techniques, could you tell us what your references were. With such detail I would imagine blueprints or some form of schematic were used, but I doubt they would exist.

Nigel: Don't let comments such as "nothing special" get you down. <--- very true, there are always ppl who have diffrent tastes. so me for my self thinks, the more ppl u ask if they like or dislike the pic the more things they find to critisize. and at the end u got a pic that looks ok, but its not urs anymore...
ruud: i would say its one of the best airwolf models i ve seen on the net. very detailed and very good work.
i also agree that the lighting was too dark in the first pics. then in the brighter ones, specularity was a bit too much. but besides that, its great work...
