So I decided it was about time I got myself a USB dongle so I can work on my nice shiny new laptop....
Got in touch with One video who took my order last week and promised me it would be with me by Tuesday (Yesterday) at the latest. On Monday I phoned for a tracking number only to be told that my order hadn't been put through!
Tuesday went with no sign of my dongle, so today I called for a tracking number and got it emailed to after asking twice! Got home from work and checked the tracking number because the dongle still hadn't arrived and guess what.............
Useless Parcel Service has a little note on my tracking number that says 'incomplete address, unable to deliver'.
How f'in difficult is it to make sure a parcel is addressed properly.
One Video, you better be ready for a blast down the phone tomorrow!
