does anyone know of a company or individual who can set up fprime on a butterflynet renderer?

in any case, you will have to download WSN.EXE from your worley account. then have a look here: http://www.simon-coombs.com/setup/WSN.htm

the other way to do it: quit all BNR nodes and the controller. add *all* missing files in your regular LW programs folder (the one which was used with the BNR controller setup wizard) to the programs folder used by BNR (in the example tutorials this is inside a 'netrender' shared folder). then copy the WSN.EXE to this same folder. compress lwsn.exe (just in case you want to revert to it later), delete the original and then rename WSN.EXE to lwsn.exe - voila'.
this mode has the advantage that you can even use split frames and all the other 'advanced' LWS settings within WSN. one thing to remember is that only the main AA level in your scene settings will be used by fprime to determine the sampling level. for example, values ranging from 16 to 32 will give you quite smooth renderings - depending on the scene...

hope that helps!

Will any of this work with Butterfly Netrender Personal Edition?
