SpeedEdit is presenting a problem with vista!!!

Hi, Everyone.

I´m working with the program, but it is present a problem. My Operative System is Windows Vista, so when im running the speededit at the moment i want to do something the speededit show me a message, telling me that the Speededit will be closed and the message give me two options
1)Close The Program
2)Find a solution online and close the program (But, when i choose the option No. 2, doesn´t do anything, and the program closes.)

If there is someone can help me with the Problem, I will appreciate.

You'd help us readers better help you, if you state the version of SpeedEDIT you're using, and also the version of Windows VISTA you've got as well.

Please also specify whether it's that ghastly 64-bit Ultimate edition (sic)!
