View Full Version : Wacky behavior with load from scene in 95

I have a Scene A with quite a lot of nested parented objects, no motion envelopes, no expressions.
I have scene B with a different set of objects and some motions and expressions set up.
If I open scene A and 'load from scene' everything from sceneB, lots of random objects leap out of position,as if everything had suddenly decided it was going to pretend it had been parented in place and now wasn't or something - position values aren't showing as changed but objects seem to have added their parent's position to their own twice or something. this is hapening to objects foriginally from both scenes so to speak. (I never normally use 'parent in place' )
If I load B into A it works fine, but I'm going to be loading the lot into big background scenes, so that doesn't help.
If I export both scenes as LW92 and do the 'load from scene' in LW2 it works fine.

I have had similar issues with the same function in 9.5 although my problem was with bones being rotated... I believe it is a known/reported bug and the workaround is to use 9.2/3
