system restore and CG

I am having problems with my studio as everytime I go into the edit text it locks up also anytime I exit to admin it lock up. I was also looking to restore my C: drive and I seem to be missing a line in my edit start recovery under system prop the system recovery when I go into edit this is all I have

The guys in tech said I am missing aline can someone send me the line and also help with the locking up
