Seriously, a render would help a lot, as well as stating which version of LW you're using. If you can, zip and upload the object/scene.

In modeler, check your polygon statistics panel for 1 point polys.
If you got 'em, delete 'em.

Without a render, that's my only guess.

I apologize for the lack of specifics. I thought that this might be a simple rookie mistake I was making.

Liquidpope was correct, it was 1 point pols that caused the problem.
