I just got my tricaster pro about a week ago. What an awesome machine! I have not used it for a real production yet but how to take it out in a week or so for its first run.

I had a couple of questions.

1. Is the linterface and preview monitor sizes fixed or can it be adjusted?
2. Is there anyway to go firewire out of the machine?
3. I intend to use this for a variety of sports . I will be doing football and soccer games this fall season. Is there any way to set scenes? If i could set a seperate layout for football and another for soccer with there respective graphics and breaks or do I need to them up each time before hand?

Thanks

1. Yes, the interface is locked at that size
2. Firewire out is not available from the Live Production Tab
3. Does this refer back to your first question? If so, no.

I think for #3 he means can he have a "template" for each sport. so if he could load soccer and all his scoccer graphics would appear in overlays, and his soccer clips in VCR, but when he was going to a do a football event all his default football setting would load. Which is a good idea and maybe a feature request. As far as I know, at the moment the last setting you use are loaded by default.

Exactly what I meant! Is this possible?

Yes, you can save out lists of graphics, and load each group of graphics. The previous answer is correct: Whatever group of graphics were loaded when you turn off the TriCaster will be loaded when you turn the machine back on, but using the load/save list, you can load the soccer list, then the football list etc.
