Hope someone can help,
I've got an odd situation, I know what's probibly caused it but I don't know how or if I can solve it.
I have a character who was working fine up until recently, I wanted to add some more bones to the character, which I did (crossing my fingers, and holding my breath).
The bones are all fine, except for the fact that the new bones loose their associated Weightmap everytime I close Lightwave and open the file again.
Which means I have to reasociate the Weightmaps again.
I've even tried editing the scene file in Wordpad. Everything "looks" fine but still has the problem when I reopen it in Layout.
Is it just that I shouldn't have added the extra bones to the rig so far down the track? Or is there another explanation for it.
Cheers in advance.
