The surface of the ground looks a little odd. Like something very small seen through an electron microscope.
Is that the look you wanted to achieve ?

I think it really needs something to give it a sense of scale, perhaps some trees, or vegetation.
It also looks a bit odd that the craters are all the same height - dis you use an image map, with all of them going to white? I'd suggest making the smaller ones shorter, (in fact make oll of them shorter).
One other thing you might want to try - apply a gradient on the bump channel, so that the steeper slopes have stronger bump and the flat areas have none - dust, mud and dirt collects on low flat surfaces, but steep bare cliffs are rougher.

In fact - give it a skin-like surface and it would feel seriously creepy!

I tried to create an image that makes you wonder if you look at a very small structure (electron microscope) or at a real large landscape on a foreign planet. That's why there's no item that gives you any sense of scale.

More variation in height and depth and width... These craters look like they are all placed on top of the landscape and not "taken out" out of the landscape due to impact... So the ridges should be lower and the inside of those craters should inside your general ground plane...
And they tend to overlap as well... Some very wide craters pockmarked by smaller ones in there or over them...
Depends who much you would like them to look like real craters... Yours look more like vulcanoes that have all been pushed up from the inside lava streams ;-)
