Any tutorials for virtual sets?

When I bought the Tricaster Studio end December, I also purchased the Lightwave software with the aim of eventually building some virtual sets. I must admit that this software is something of out of this world. I can say that i watched most of the tutorials available and can confirm that this is the best tool for animation.

Can anybody guide me to some set building tutorials please?
