Long before I met LightWave, I drew small-press comic books.
I'm collecting my ancient work (http://lore.greeblegraphics.com/2008/07/07/lords-of-the-sky/) from the mid-90's into a print-on-demand trade paperback. I created this cover art for it:

Thanks! :)
The cityscape is 3D. Manga Studio 3.0 EX (http://my.smithmicro.com/win/mangaex/index.html) can render LightWave objects and scene files, and the program comes with an enormous library of LightWave assets. The cityscape uses two of the "building street.lwo" files that ship with Manga Studio EX.

Celshader,
Thanks for your help and knowledge in regard to Animae/ manga and comic book/ animation in general. Its great to see this project developing.
This is such an awesome example of the intergration that you talked about at ComicCon with the 2D 3D assimilation.
Sorry I have been neglating my duty on this section of the thread. Hopefull now the shows i have attended are mostly out the way and can continue to enjoy the contribution here.
Please stay and touch :)

Thanks, guys. :)
I'm rushing to finish Lore (http://lore.greeblegraphics.com) #12 before SPX 2008 (http://www.spxpo.com), and I'll definitely use more LightWave models to help get it done in time.
I'll post more 2D/3D example images in this forum as I finish the pages.
