Dear Fellow Videographers:
We have been in the video business in South Western Minnesota for 25 years and we are going to cut back. We are selling out this fall and I want to may be keep my editing suite but sell all my camera's and other electronic items used out in the field for video taping. Up till now we have put all our still pictures into our computer with our Sony DSR 300 Digital Camera. This has served us well in the quality of pictures that we receive from it. But since we are going to sell our cameras we will need to get a scanner.

SO MY QUESTION TO YOU IS AS FOLLOWS: What brand and model scanner do you videographers recommend to use in scanning in pictures???
We of course want a high quality with high resolution!
So Please let me know what you are currently using yourself that works GREAT or if you know of a scanner out their that does a FANTASTIC JOB!! Thanks so much!!!

I'll throw in a good word for the 4870 - Good, sturdy, fast. Does everything I need done.
