Auto Calibration????

Switched my Tricaster FX over from 4:3 to 16:9 and has been a problem since. The output window quit working so I went in to admin and did reset to factory and it said it needs to auto calibrate....do you want to do this now? I accepted and 4 hours later it says it is still calibrating! Says it should take a few minutes, but whattha?!?!? Did I try restarting after the first two hours? Yes. It didn't look like the hard drive was doing anything and appeared to be locked up so I rebooted. It asked again and I am on hour two now of waiting. Anyone else have this problem????

Go to Admin and Reset your configuration (which is not the same as restore to factory defaults during boot-up, which is what it sounds like you did). If the calibration takes more than 5 or 10 minutes, you should contact Tech Support.

Did that. Talked to tech support and no luck. Sending in.
