I've been using LW7.5 on MacOS9.2 but recently upgraded to Jaguar (love it). How do I change LW to run in OSX10.2? Is it a complete new install from the CD?

Yes it is. There are two versions on the mac CD. The OS9 and the OSX. Just install the OSX version.
