I need a help, please. I'm newbbie with Lightwave 7.5 and would like to know what tool I can use to model this gift (box) with red lace in the top of it.

Well, I'm pretty new, too; but I would probably use the pen to draw the curve, make poly, then extrude it out. This would give you one of the loops. I would then clone it and arrange it to make a bow.

Dear Jackson,

Thank you for your help. I make a box with many subdivisions and applied a 360 bend to look like a loop, then followed your advice: array the object with some scale variation and that's it!
