how to enter unlock code ?

I just upgraded OSes and I cannot for the life of me remember how to enter my unlock code. It will only start in Discovery mode and give me the product lock #. Then what? It has been a while since I've done any reinstalls.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

go to your license icon in the program folder. open it with notepad and type your permanent license key.
Save it and close.
