the moddeling is excellent, not so sure about the pose though, is the head completely dead? if so maybe the mouth should be more relaxed, with the stretched skin folding up a bit, or if its actually screaming, maybe the eyes need to be stretched also, most people in pain have very wide eyes, maybe this guy with closed eyelids tho :)

minor comment tho, great work!
