Posting mpeg4?

Hey ya'll. I was wondering... I have an mpeg 4 animation of a T REX that I wanted to post to this site but, I guess we can only post pictures (jpegs) is there any way to post it here? I don't have an FTP site.

Geez, that was pretty stupid of me. I can't believe I didn't think of that as an option. I guess I was stuck on the idea of posting it to an FTP. Thanks, I will zip and post.
