Pardon my ignorance, but what is an echolab se-6?
You're wanting to hook 4 devices (not counting the se-6) and the Toaster only has 4 inputs.
For the 2 cameras and the 2 decks, you'll need at least 3 TBCs. Since you have 4, you may as well use them all, it will make it a little easier.
The main thing is that all of the channels of the 4-channel TBC be timed to each other. Since I don't know what kind of TBC you have, and I'm not familiar with a 4 channel model, I may not be of much help to you.
But in a setup where you would have 4 individual TBCs you would feed one source into TBC 1, then either use the genlock out to go to TBC 2 or split the video out of TBC 1 to feed genlock in of TBC 2. Then video out of TBC 1 would go to Toaster in 1. Genlock out of TBC 2 would go to genlock in of TBC 3 and video out of TBC 2 would go to Toaster in 2. etc, etc.
Just remember that all the signals have to be synced together, and that all the Toaster inputs have to have the same timing as Input 1.

echolab se-6 is an old 13 source switcher....
i want to put the cameras and decks into the switcer and them into the toaster.
the 4 channel tbc has 4 switchable inputs... its not like 4 tbcs in one. also we have 3 other tbcs at our disposal.

Well this is beyond my scope of knowledge, I've never had any experience with either that switcher or that kind of TBC, so I wouldn't know what to tell you.
Sorry.

Billy
