When I install VT3 will it uninstall Aura 2.5b that came with Toaster 2 since it dose not ship with Aura. And why is aura no longer part of Newek's website. It is not sold by Newtek any moore? Why?

As Dhomas says Aura IS included with VT[3], NewTek is no longer marketing the stand alone version. Stand alone Aura is (will be) available as TV Paint marketed by the original developers.

No it won't be called TV Paint... but that's the company name. The marketing/distribution is now being handled by Bahaus Software

I wish everyone would make up their minds! :) Are they going to continue calling it Aura?

Aura is a brandname (or whatever) owned by NewTek. TVPaint is a company name (and what Aura was called early in life). But TVPaint, given that it's for more than TV painting, isn't a good name. So, it'll have a new one.
Will this confuse things? Probably. Will it matter? Who knows. Will the new name be better? I hope so. Will the VT version still be called Aura? I'm sure the confusion is just beginning. Time will tell.

Is it just a coincidence that TV Paint is Called TV (I.E. Video Toaster) Paint? Is Bauhaus Software a spinn off company of Newtek or is its existence totally independent of Newtek?

While some of the principals are former NewTek staffers, Bauhaus is their own venture. The name TVPaint goes back a long way, and has nothing to do with V(ideo) T(oaster) per se.
