Strata Photo3D might be worth looking into. Not sure what format it exports though. It might only be VRML and .3ds files.

What program, plugin, or tool will allow the cross sections to be assembled into a 3D object? or is it worth just tracing the bitmap sections in LW and then manually connecting the points to make surfaces?
