I am working on creating a cloths pin with the tutorials from this forum.
When looking at the object in texture mode they appear to be transparent or missing sides. Did i miss something during the construction?
Any advice will be helpful!

Thanks!

Try surface editor and change the brown to double-sided. If that fixes the problem it means your polygons are displaying the wrong side. You can either flip them, (f key) or keep the surface double-sided.

I don't see the benefit of double-sided polys here. It seems the polys just needed to be aligned, or flipped.

The polygons are just facing inwards (select one and u will see the normal points to the inside of the object).

Select all the inside-out polygons and press F on the keyboard (F = Flip).

It seems the polys just needed to be aligned, or flipped.True, I think the idea was that turning on 'double-sided' would quickly reveal whether flipped polys were in fact the problem, or if it was something else. Flipping the offenders is the better solution, of course.
