Im new to lightwave 3d animation, and i am just wondering,
is there a future in this field, i mean will i get a good job, or do i have to master this lightwave 3d animation kit, before i get somewhere?
can explain to me the ins and out.

Of course there's future in this business, but it depends on how hard you work to become a 3d artist.

The manuals are a little bit raw, cuz they only tell you the functions of the tools. I can recommend that you buy "Inside LightWave 7" is an excellent book to help you to understand LW, also if you have some spare dollars, you can buy the videos from "Desktop Images" (see www.desktopimages.com).

And don't forget the internet, there's a handfull of tutorials out there, you can start on the tutorials section here, then check the links section.
